Music is, definitely, an art that can catch any one of us. Most of the people enjoy listening to music, that's for sure. So, why not to use this as a tool for teaching? Using music in your class could be really effective. We'll give you an example of how we use it:
When it's time for your students to learn phonology, what you can do is look for a song with phonetic transcription lyrics (or even make this video by yourself), and analyze the symbols and their sounds along with your students.
